1. Introduction

1.1 These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Newless Limited ("we," "our," or "us") and the use of our website.

1.2 By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Upcycling Services

2.1 Variations in Appearance: Please be aware that the upcycling process involves creative and artistic elements. The final appearance of the upcycled clothing may vary from the original item, and individual preferences may differ. We are not responsible if the upcycled clothing does not meet your personal aesthetic preferences.

2.2 Condition of Original Items: We cannot guarantee the condition of the original clothing items provided for upcycling. While we take care to handle items with diligence, some wear and tear may occur during the upcycling process. We are not responsible for any damage to the original items as it is integral to the upcycling process.

2.3 No Refunds or Returns: Due to the personalized and creative nature of upcycling, we do not offer refunds or accept returns on upcycled items. Please carefully consider your decision before submitting items for upcycling.

2.4 Communication: We encourage open communication throughout the upcycling process. If you have specific requests or concerns, please communicate them to us before the upcycling process begins. At any point during the process if you are unhappy with the progress please communicate that to your designer or supervisor onsite and steps will be taken to rectify or adjust.

2.5 Limited Liability: Newless shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the upcycling process.

3. Orders and Payments:

3.1 Payment Amount and Currency: The Client shall pay pounds sterlin currency for the goods/services specified in the agreement.

3.2 Payment Method: Payments shall be made using credit or debit card as specified by the Provider.

3.3. Payment Schedule: Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, payments are due upon immediate completion of service.

3.4 Payment Disputes: Any disputes regarding payments must be communicated to the Provider in writing within 14 days from the date of the invoice or completion of services. Failure to notify within this period shall be deemed an acceptance of the charges.

3.5 VAT: We have full responsibility for accounting for VAT on the purchase, where applicable. All fees are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) unless otherwise noted such as including β€œ+VAT”, which will be added at the prevailing rate where applicable.

4. Returns and Refunds: Since we provide a service, there are no returns for items completed. If you are unhappy with your finished product and would like to request a refund please contact hello@newless.co.uk and we will take meaningful steps to ensure you are satisfied.

6. Changes to Terms and Conditions

6.1 We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

These Booking Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England. You and we each agree that the English courts will have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any claim or dispute arising from, or related to, the booking and/or supply of Services via the Website.
